Indonesian comfort food with a jackfruit twist
Jack got soaked in authentic Asian herbs and came out looking like the spitting image of that famous Indonesian comfort food. Simply rendanglicious.
Jack’s tip: Defrost the jackfruit rendang. Heat up on low fire in a pot or a pan. And yes, you can microwave it if you really must. Then serve it on plain white rice with steamed vegetables and a sprinkle of cilantro on top. Or go with Dutch Stamppot or homemade fries. Enjoy!
